At Buick GMC of Mahwah, we value providing our customers with the vehicles they love and deserve. The new GMC Canyon is one such pickup. This midsize truck excels in both the country and the city, but how do the 2025 and 2026 models compare? Find out right here.
What's Different?
The 2026 GMC Canyon offers many new additions in Mahwah. The new Coastal Dune exterior hue is available, as is a factory lift kit on the AT4X trim, which adds Multimatic Jounce Control Dampers to the suspension. Black badging now comes standard on the Nightfall Edition and Denali Black Edition. The new Nightfall Essential package provides 20-inch aluminum wheels, all-terrain tires, and black badging. Finally, the optional 18-inch aluminum wheels are now available only in a gloss black finish.
What Features Remain?
There are also many features that are returning, such as the 310-horsepower turbocharged 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine. Drivers can also look forward to a maximum towing capability of 7,700 pounds, which is great for towing a boat to a lake near Ramsey or Englewood. The 11.3-inch central infotainment touchscreen is seamless to use, and GM's Hitch View and Hitch Guidance system makes it a breeze to tow anything around Riverdale. Finally, expect the Canyon to come with the standard Pro Safety package.
