What's New?
The main changes to the 2026 GMC Terrain are the additions of two new models to the lineup. The first is the off-road AT4 trim, which offers all-terrain tires, additional ride height, underbody protection, and red front recovery hooks. The GMC Terrain Denali is the second model to join, and it will come with more luxurious interior features and more standard amenities, like a suspension tuned for comfort, special 19-inch wheels, and heated rear seats.
What Amenities Are the Same?
Other than the additions, everything else stays the same. Expect the same turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, which produces 175 horsepower and offers 1,500 pounds of towing capacity. Also returning is the maximum cargo capacity of 63.5 cubic feet near Ramsey. A vertical 15-inch infotainment screen is an eye-catcher, and is a breeze to use with quick responses to inputs on your drives around Englewood.
